Dead last place at the Pathfinder duathalon in Fremont this morning. My son Thaddeus and I had a great time. The people were so kind.
We finished in 1 hour and 38 minutes. The best time was 52 minutes. Amazing! I didn't think I would loose that much on the bike, it ended up being a great wind scoop. A big thanks to the folks at UNMC's Recreational Therapy Dept., a.k.a. The Wheel Club at the Munroe Meyer Institute for letting us borrow the bike. They were kind enough to drop it off and everything.
